About Us

Welcome to the Lower Merion Township Workers Association (LMTWA), an organization representing non-supervisory employees of Lower Merion Township. LMTWA's goal is to improve the working conditions, job security, and overall well-being of our members.

 

The LMTWA works to ensure fair wages, reasonable hours, and safe working conditions for all members. We also focus on promoting health and job security, while fostering positive relationships between employees and the Township. Through regular meetings and discussions, we address key issues such as compensation, benefits, and workplace safety.

 

As an unaffiliated organization, LMTWA operates independently and is guided by the needs and interests of its members. We encourage active participation in meetings and activities to ensure that every voice is heard
